Covered Issues:
- Belt Tears: If the leather of your belt is fully torn under normal use, we will replace the belt with a new one.
- Broken Levers: If your belt’s lever mechanism breaks, we will replace the lever to restore full functionality.
- Stitching Coming Undone: If the stitching on your belt comes apart, we will repair the stitching or replace the belt.
Exclusions (Not Covered):
- Missing Screws: This warranty does not cover lost or missing screws or other removable hardware.
- Cosmetic Damage: Surface damage such as scratches, scuffs, or dents that do not affect performance is not covered.
- Intentional Damage: Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or intentional abuse is not covered by the warranty.
Hassle-Free Claims Process:
- Proof of Purchase: Submit a screenshot or copy of your order confirmation (order number) as proof of purchase.
- Photo of Damage: Provide a clear picture showing the damage to your belt.
- Replacement Arrangement: Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and contact you within 5 working days to arrange a replacement if the issue is covered.
Lifetime Warranty Commitment:
This warranty has no expiration date – it remains valid for the lifetime of your belt. Even after 10 years, if a covered issue arises with your belt, Akinci Strength will honor this warranty and provide a repair or replacement.
