Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide! We provide free standard shipping to customers in the US, Canada, Singapore, and much of Southeast Asia. For other regions, a shipping fee may apply (calculated at checkout). We’ll deliver to almost anywhere – if you can order from our website, that means we can ship to your country.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. In general, standard shipping orders are processed within 3–5 business days and then arrive about 7–9 business days after dispatch. For certain locations (like the US and Singapore), delivery can be on the shorter end of that range.
We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost if you need your gear sooner– expedited orders typically ship out in 2–3 days and arrive within 4–6 business days after shipment. (Please note that weekends and public holidays don’t count as business days, and remote areas may take a bit longer.)
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on my order?
It depends on your country’s import laws. Akinci Strength does not charge you any sales tax on the website, nor do we collect customs fees upfront. If your country imposes import duties or VAT, you might be asked to pay those fees when the package arrives in your country. Any such charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs policies so there are no surprises. (For most customers in the US/Canada/Asia, extra import fees are uncommon, but it’s good to be aware.)
Orders & Payment
Q: How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Tracking your order is easy. Once we dispatch your package, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link. You can click the “Track Order” link on our website at any time and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your shipment.
We use reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), so you’ll be able to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. If you run into any issues or haven’t received tracking info after a few days, feel free to reach out to us at akincibeltcustomercare@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods to make checkout convenient for you. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You can also use digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. All payments on our site are processed securely, so you can shop with confidence.
(If you run into any trouble with payment, contact us – we may be able to arrange an alternative.)
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to process and ship orders quickly (often within 1–2 days), so there is a short window to make changes. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate a cancellation or edit.
However, if it’s already in process or dispatched, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel or change it. Double-check your cart before finalizing the purchase to be sure everything is correct.
Q: Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We occasionally run promotions or offer discount codes during special events. The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media. Also, check our site banners – we often advertise any ongoing sale (for example, seasonal sales or bundle deals) right on the homepage. Keep an eye out for our Bundle & Save deals, where you can get a package of essentials at a lower combo price.
Returns & Warranty
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
Because of the nature of lifting gear, we do not offer general returns or size-based exchanges on our products (this is to ensure hygiene and quality for all customers). Please choose your sizes carefully using our size guides. If you’re unsure about fit, you can always ask us for advice before purchasing.
However, we absolutely stand by our products if there’s a fault: if your item arrives damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, we will make it right (see next question). But for change of mind or ordering the wrong size, we cannot accept returns
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?
In the unlikely event you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery).
Send our support team an email at akincibeltcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item is damaged, please include clear photos of the damage. Once we verify the problem, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Our goal is to fix any such issue as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your purchase. (If something was missing from your order, let us know and we’ll send it out right away too.) We want you to have a great experience with Akinci, and we’ll take care of any mistakes on our end.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes – we back our gear with warranties for your peace of mind! Different products have different warranty periods:
- Lifting belts and lever buckles: Lifetime warranty. (Built to last forever – if the belt or lever ever fails under normal use, we’ll replace it.)
- Knee sleeves and elbow sleeves: 1-year warranty.
- Wrist wraps and lifting straps: 6-month warranty.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise under typical use. If you encounter a problem with your gear down the line, just reach out to us and we’ll sort it out according to the warranty. We’re confident in our quality – and this is our promise that you can be confident too.
Product Information
Q: Are your lifting belts competition-approved (USAPL/IPF)?
All Akinci Strength belts are designed to meet the equipment specifications for major powerlifting federations like USA Powerlifting (USAPL) and United States Powerlifting Association (USPA). Our 10mm and 13mm lever belts have the correct thickness, width, and construction quality required by these federations, so you can use them with confidence at USAPL and USPA meets.
Note: We are NOT currently IPF-approved. If you plan to compete in an IPF-affiliated meet, please check the specific rules or approved equipment list to ensure compliance. For meets under USAPL or USPA, however, our belts are recognized as suitable competition gear.
Q: How do I choose the right belt size for me?
Picking the correct size belt is important for both comfort and support. We provide a detailed size chart for our lifting belts on the product pages.
- To get your size, use a measuring tape to measure around your midsection where you plan to wear the belt (usually across the belly button area, around your lower back).
- Pull the tape snug, but not overly tight.
- Then see which belt size range your measurement falls into.
Tip: If you are between sizes or close to a boundary, we generally suggest choosing the larger size – you can always tighten a belt more, but you don’t want it to be too small to latch. And remember, our lever belts are highly adjustable to give you a perfect fit within their size range. If you need any sizing help, just ask us!
Q: What materials are Akinci Strength belts made of?
Our belts are made from premium, high-strength materials. We use 100% genuine hide leather for the belt body in most of our designs (the exact type of leather can vary by model, but all are chosen for durability and stiffness to support heavy lifting). The lever buckle and hardware are crafted from zinc alloy with a treated finish, built to withstand years of use.
The result is a belt that is tough, dependable, and capable of handling over 1000kg of force. Despite the hardcore construction, the interior side of the belt is designed to be comfortable against your body (some belts have a suede lining for grip and comfort). In short, Akinci belts are built like a tank – sturdy leather, secure stitching, and a bomb-proof lever so you can lift safely.
Q: Do you offer custom belts or personalized gear?
Absolutely! We love creativity in lifting. In addition to our themed collections, we offer a “Make It Yours” custom belt service. This allows you to create a one-of-a-kind weightlifting belt design. You can choose the belt color, lever type, and even add custom text or graphics (for example, your name, gym logo, or a favorite quote).
Custom belts are made to the same competition-grade standards as our regular belts – the only difference is the unique design you bring to it. If you’re interested in a custom belt, check out the Custom Belts page on our site and follow the instructions to submit your design ideas. It’s a great way to get a belt that’s truly yours.
(Note: Custom orders may have a longer processing time to manufacture your design. We’ll communicate the timeline clearly when you order.)
Q: Besides belts, what other products do you sell?
We’re a one-stop shop for powerlifting gear. Our core products are our lever weightlifting belts (in various designs), but we also carry:
- Knee Sleeves and Elbow Sleeves: For support and injury prevention during squats, bench, etc.
- Wrist Wraps and Lifting Straps: To secure your grip and protect your wrists on big lifts.
- Weightlifting Shoes: Such as squat shoes and barefoot shoes for stable lifting posture.
